Care Instructions
Rest between wears: Allow 24 hours for fibers to recover. Wash promptly after perspiration.
Wash after 4–5 wears: Hand wash in cold water with wool/cashmere detergent, or dry clean with a specialist.
Dry flat: Roll in a towel, then lay flat away from heat and sunlight.
Steam to refresh: Lightly steam to restore shape.
Store folded: Keep in a cool, dry space with cedar or moth repellent. -
Delivery & Returns
Each Isaac Ely garment is made by request to ensure precision, quality, and fit.
Production begins once your order is confirmed. Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for completion and delivery.
Shipping:
We offer complimentary shipping within Canada via FedEx, Purolator, or Canpar, depending on region.
For U.S. and international orders, delivery is available through FedEx International Priority or DHL Express, with rates calculated at checkout based on destination.
All shipments are fully insured and trackable.
If you have specific delivery requirements or timelines, please contact our team prior to ordering. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Duties & Taxes:
For deliveries outside Canada, import duties and local taxes may apply upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
